Jeff // Owner & Creative DirectorThe design team is lead by Jeff Lott, one of the area’s most creative designers. Jeff has been designing for over 25 years and has many industry accreditation including being a member of the impressive American Institute of Floral Designers, is a national Certified Floral Designer and is a Georgia Master Florists. Jeff has the creative eye to design and make any wedding/event unique and perfectly suited to your style. He brings an edgy, soft and artful look to all of his designs

Amber // Senior Designer and ManagerAmber is our Senior Designer and Assistant Manager as well as, Jeff’s Right Hand Woman! She has worked with Jeff since 1999 and has excelled in floral design! Amber has an abundant amount of talent and skill, and has proven to be a great asset to our JL Designs Team. Amber is our master mind behind the well known corsages she creates stunning pieces of art that worn at events of all occasions. Amber's talent exceeds everyone's visions in all areas of design at the shop from funeral work to everyday arrangements and wedding masterpieces. Our shop would not be the same with out her.

Andrea // Media and Marketing CoordinatorAndrea came on board with us a in 2012 as our Social Media and Marketing Coordinator. Andrea is the face behind the computer; from our website to our Facebook Page. She is also the first contact for many of the brides with the email and website request. She will become your constant contact person for JL Designs by setting up your consultations and conversing with you the bride directly. Andrea is always in the background for helping plan your special day from start to finish, and is part of the setup and break down on your wedding day!

Margaret // Wedding Day Prep & Customer ServiceMargaret has been with JL Designs for 4 years now and is the smiling happy face that everyone loves to see when they come through our doors! Margaret came on to help us out though Valentine's Day 2016 and we simply could not let her go. She is our leading customer service representative and Jeff's left arm on wedding day! Margaret's consistent positive attitude and workmanship can not be matched! She is onsite for weddings and events and always busy behind the scenes prepping as we prepare for busy weekends!

Meagan // Wedding Day Prep & Customer Service Meagan started with us about six months ago and she has proven to be one of "diamond in the rough" finds! Her dedication, work ethic and drive to excel are just a few of her amazing qualities! Meagan is a full time member of our staff working in the retail shop and working with us on wedding prep! There is no task that goes undone when she is around and we are so honored to have her on our team! Make sure to stop by and tell her "hello" upstairs!

Lauren // Wedding Day Prep & Customer ServiceLauren is a creative, and spunky addition to our retail and wedding day team! She loves to meet new people and get to know their stories when they come in! Lauren started with us as a wedding day support person and has grown to be a strong member of our daily retail shop!
